Salary: $40,000–$50,000/year + Up to 15% Bonus

You’ll handle everything from logistics and inventory to supporting team training and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities as Warehouse Associate job in Alvin

• Manage inbound and outbound logistics and order staging
• Load, unload, and organize heavy furniture and parcels
• Maintain inventory accuracy and optimize warehouse space
• Lead and support teammates or temporary staff when needed
• Inspect, prep, and repair items while upholding safety standards

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse lead experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Comfortable with physically demanding tasks
• Open to relocate in Alvin TX
• Proficient with WMS, G Suite, Slack, and delivery software
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Able to operate pallet jacks and safely access high shelves
