Key Responsibilities PT Retail Sales Job in Stone Mountain:

• Achieve and exceed daily sales goals
• Maintain store visual and operational standards (cleanliness, presentation, etc.)
• Deliver excellent customer service using the Company Service Standard
• Support the fitting room area to ensure a positive try-on experience
• Operate as a cashier and follow all cashier protocols
• Receive and process shipments, restock floor with full-size merchandise runs
• Collaborate with management to address and resolve in-store issues
• Educate Stone Mountain customers with product and brand knowledge
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Participate in special projects as directed by store leadership

Requirements for Part time Associate job in Stone Mountain :

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 25 lbs and repetitive movement
