We are looking for a dedicated Machine Operator in Oklahoma City for 1st Shift to join our production team. This role requires working in a fast-paced environment where you’ll operate manufacturing equipment, ensure product quality, and maintain a safe and efficient workflow.

Pay Rate: Starting at $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities of Machine Operator post in Oklahoma City

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Set up, pre-run, and adjust equipment to ensure proper production startup.
• Control line speeds, batch formulas, and production rates while ensuring product quality and safety.
• Perform basic math to obtain production specifications and complete quality checks.
• Pass on key information to coworkers, supervisors, and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow all safety procedures and use PPE (bump cap, safety glasses, ear protection, gloves, nets, and safety footwear).
• Assist with overtime or weekend shifts as needed, depending on the production schedule.
• Support the company’s mission, values, and code of ethics through professional conduct.

Qualifications to join our Manufacturing Unit in Oklahoma City

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Lift up to 50 lbs, bend, carry, push, pull, and perform other physical tasks.
• Stand and walk on concrete floors for long periods of time.
• Comfortable working in both hot and cold temperatures.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills for working with team members.
• Must complete a post-offer, pre-placement background check and drug screening.
