Job Title: Full-Time Optical Managers and Sales Associates
Location: Mansfield, Texas

Expected Hours: 40 per week
Salary: $22.00 – $35.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities For Sales Associate in Mansfield:

• Recommend the best products based on vision needs and lifestyle
• Educate Mansfield customers on a variety of frame, lens, and contact lens options
• Deliver outstanding customer service to drive sales and satisfaction
• Meet and exceed sales goals while promoting a positive in-store experience
• Assist in day-to-day operations of the store (if applying for a manager role)

Qualifications:

• Previous retails sales experience in Mansfield preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
